Shipping Policy

We work with trusted carriers to get your order to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know.

Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on all orders over €70.
Orders under €70: [€4.95] standard shipping.
The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. We don't process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times (after dispatch)
Germany, Austria & the Netherlands: 9-14 business days
Rest of the world: 11-16 business days
These are estimates. Busy periods and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to show updates. If you didn't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us.

Taxes & duties
All prices include VAT. [For orders to EU countries, there are no extra customs fees on delivery.] For destinations outside the EU, any import duties or taxes charged by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order changes & cancellations
Need to change your address or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can only make changes or cancel before your order has been dispatched.

Missing or damaged parcels
Please report missing or damaged items within 14 days of the delivery date, with your order number and photos of the package and item. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
