Refund policy
We want you to love your Saint Swiss watch. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return policy - you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. The cost of the return shipping label is deducted from your refund.
To start a return, email us at saintswisswatches@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Promotional orders (Buy One Get One / Buy Two Get Two)
Orders placed under our "Buy One, Get One" (BOGO) or "Buy Two, Get Two" (B2G2) offers follow a specific rule. If you return only part of the order, the refund is calculated as the total amount you actually paid divided by the number of items in the order. This keeps the promotion fair and prevents customers from keeping the free item while being refunded for the paid one.
Packages marked as delivered
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, we're unable to issue a refund. In this case, please contact the carrier directly to open an inquiry, and reach out to us so we can help you follow up.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at saintswisswatches@gmail.com so we can review it and make it right.
Incorrect address
We can't be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a wrong address causes the package to fail delivery and return to us, a restocking fee of USD $10.00 will apply. We can re-ship the order once the correct address and reshipping cost are confirmed.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. We also cannot accept items that are not in their original, unworn condition. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask before sending it back.
Exchanges
Want a different model or color? Email us to start an exchange. An exchange fee of USD $15.00 per item applies. The fastest way is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the one you want.
European Union - 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't seen the refund, contact us at saintswisswatches@gmail.com.
