Do you ship worldwide, and how much is shipping?
Yes - we ship worldwide. Every order, domestic and international, comes with tracking. Shipping is free, with no hidden VAT or extra fees at delivery. We want the experience to be simple and effortless.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
United States: 5-9 business days
Europe: 3-7 business days
Rest of the world: 8-12 business days
Processing time
Orders take 1-3 business days to be prepared and dispatched before the delivery times above begin. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Where is my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an automatic email with your tracking number. If the email doesn't arrive or the tracking link isn't working yet, don't worry - it can take a little time to activate. Just reach out to us at saintswisswatches@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
Unexpected delays
Occasionally a package takes longer than the estimates above. Most delays happen during international customs clearance, which is outside of our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at saintswisswatches@gmail.com and we'll work with you to track it down.
